where can I get M0 class Kha'ak ship and weapons?
The reason is that I like that ship and Super kyon laser and I can destroy many ships in the sector

you can't get it. it doesn't work even if you take it over by cheat. it never was made to be flyable.
if you want id you have do transform it yourself

Khaak M0 in vanilla doesn't have lasers in ship scene (if I remember correctly) and he doesn't have defined ship class ID in the obj files. Khaak M0 can't buy or add with cheats in the game. You need manually add ship class in obj files and changed ship scene to add weapons.

Open x2story.obj and x2galedit.obj files with PATCH 15 (download link) and find necessary ship ID and change his class ID, here some tutorial.
If you want to add more guns to the ship or change ship scene, you need learn more about modding, modding tutorials.
If I remember correctly, I once tried to add khaak weapons to the Khaak M0, but they not appear in the ship compatible lasers line and khaak weapons can't add to the Khaak M0.
