howcan i please get the earth torus?

How can i get the torus? i cant script it i cant buy it i cant take it. i dont want any mods.

I dont think it can be done.

The docks file has an entry for the bit where you can actually dock, but I think the rest is hardcoded model.

Why would you want it ? Its a nightmare to dock at, and buggers up your frame rate something terrible.

the torus is just like a big shipyard, just much more polys and problems

rather take an other model and upgrade the wares or whatever you want

You can get it with Cycrow's cheat script, but you'll very quickly not want it

He doesn't want any mods.

Thus, it's the same old "Stop wanting everything shiny" thing. It's impossible without mods.

I checked the cheat pack. Its not on the list of addable stations.

Actually if you're using Cycrows cheat pack it shows up both on the Add Station to TL Command and the Create Station Command. Although like the others here I don't recommend it.

Yes, the torus is a vanilla station, you can spawn it with any cheat pack.

But as stated, no one would want to keep that thing.

Yeah I added it to a TL and had it built, its not as massive as you'd expect it to be, bt its still a useful dock.

Warning if you want to move it, it took me about 5 hours after towing it to actually get it in the right position.

Personally, I think it looks like a really big ship, would look epic with a black and gold paint job

3 posts in and not only does your name want me to shout This but your on a freefall to moderator pain (I'd recommend this pain being taken outside of S&M the other mods are much more forgiving than I am)

Anyway to answer your question

You can build the Torus via the cheat pack but it has a specific ingame script that pretty much does the following

blow up player (possibly conditional on player rank with either ATF or Terran)
end
