Just in the interest of game balance, I feel it would have been more interesting, and contrasting for that matter, if the phoenix were given an even slower speed like 24m/s but 16GJ Shields.

Any thoughts on this?

a nice spike in shield regen so im not waiting hours for it to regen.

It has the lowest shield generator of all M2s, bar Xenon and Khaak.

But if it's like in X3R, it only uses one shield, but big. That means it loads much faster than the up to 12 shields in other capital ships.

The Phoenix uses 5 x 2GJ shields, while the average is 4x2 GJ shields for most, and 6 x 2 GJ shields for Terran / ATF.
