There should be one in Teladi gain,
better use the inboard encyclopaedia to find more(personnel -> advanced)

The coolest thing ever about the freight drones... You can send them to 'collect wares in sector' so you don't have to assign another ship to do it. Just eject them out of your TM/TL... etc and tell them to grab em. EPIC WIN...
