Yaki Shipyard bug

sorry, did not search...I am just typing this up quick before heading out.

I started the Tormented Teladi start. I have decided to join up with the Yaki in my pursuit of profitsss. Curently broke, but I managed to purchase a Chokaro (to homebase out of for now) and it seems to be completely stuck in the Yaki shipyard.

IS and OSS I can not order it to leave the SY, I can get into it, but can not undock (and out the front window I see nothing but space, so I am not even sure where it is on the station). I have tried selling it and buying another...same problem. I turned the station red, I killed every Yaki in the sector and suicided on an asteroid...I beat my face on the keyboard...and I tried sobbing melodramatically....I CAN NOT get this ship out of the SY.

any ideas?

(I will run a search later, but I GTG!!!)

Known issue. OOS should be able to undock without problem.

give it an "idle" order in navigation.
SCUM : They may exceed you in number, but not in value.

vbruzual is right, it should work fine when you're OOS--what problem are you having doing it that way? I usually give it a "fly to sector" or "fly to position" order, give it a couple of minutes to get underway, then fly back in to pick it up.

Can you clarify what the problem is? The above replies assume that you can get it to undock, but it gets destroyed (unless I'm mis-understanding?). But you actually say you cannot get it to undock. What exactly do you mean?

If you mean it's getting toasted when undocking, simply get your ship to undock under autopilot control, even if you are in it...

No, my reply doesn't assume anything of the kind--the usual thing that happens here is that the Chokaro simply never undocks when you give it the order in sector.
