Need help with satellites

Doing the Terran Defender missions and im on the one where i need to plant satellites in a certain area. I would love to do this but cant find any place that has satellites in stock. Been to about 7 stations and countless systems but dont know where to get any. Help please.

use the best buys locator(by telling the ship to "remote best buy") to see if anywhere known has em in stock, if there isnt youll get a message, in which case you should explore more, or deliver majaglit to satellite factories(as more often than not, thats what theyre usually running low on) :)

How do i use the best buy commands? I have mainly just used a fighter thus far, i have the software installed but it is still greyed out on my ship.
