X-BTF help

I Bought new computer with windows 7 and I'cant install xbtf when I try to start autorun nothing is happen

Help Guys what can I do ?

Install the game on a XP machine, and then copy the folder to your new computer.

I don't have much experience with Windows 7,
but my best suggestion is to try right-clicking on the X-BTF .exe and selecting Properties and seeing if you can tell Windows that it's compatible with Windows 95/98/ME.
There may be a compatibility option in control panel (or whatever it's called in Windows 7)

Like I said, my experience of Windows 7 is very limited.

EDIT - You could always try installing Virtualbox:

Then all you'd need is a Windows 98 or XP install disc and you should be able to play X-BTF.

Yep

Superbox installs work,but you need to run the btf and X-tension in 16bit colour mode.

You might need to do that for the original version to install.
Then install the latest patch for it from this site.
The latest patch gets it W7 compatible.

Damn i dont wanna install windows xp or something .... I wanna play xbtf on my windows 7 .... I have tryied to run setup on admin but nothing still happened...

Like I said above, Windows 7 works fine,but in 16bit colour mode.
If you register your BTF then sending a DxDiag with your query to the Tech Support team may help.

I don;t wanna buy next xbtf on superbox... it cost almost 5euro . I have an original version of xbtf so I won't buy another one . There is no other way to play xbtf than buy it on steam ???

(Btw how to install xbtf in 16bit colour ???)

This is the link that you can use to download the Windows 7 upgrade patch for Early versions of BTF

Just install btf using 16 bit colour screen...see graphics control center for whichever graphics card you have.

Then install the patch.
Then use the settings on the start screen to set the graphics mode.
After that,it should automatically covert your display to 16bit colour graphics whenever you want to play.
