Unfortunately there isn't. On the other hand, since most stations only manage to dock 5-10 ships at a time, it's not too much of a problem.

Freight drones are fantastic for taking your wares from your own stations, just go to Trade>Transfer Freight Via Drones (I think its called if not its close to it). Works really good out of sector if you make your ship move on top of your complex hub or station, the transfer is near instantaneous.

Unfortunately this doesn't help you with NPC stations lol. If it is a TL you could always have some Falcon Haulers docked at it, they are purchased from Teladi, and use those to transfer wares? Or just have a TS follow it around for that purpose.

Forgot about Falcon Haulers. You can even use the CLS2 system to set them up to move it without any further intervention.
