[REQ] wingmen attack shields hotkey and command

im missing a command for my wingmen:
Attack shileds of my target
attack shields of...
and a hotkey function for them

currently i have to assign them to attack the shields one by one, and it is tireing and slow.

if anyone could point me in the direction of such a script or a newbie guide to make it myself.
