Flak Art. Array Forge not producing

Hi guys,
I have joined a FAA forge to my weps fact and its not producing :roll:
It says it has 97% resources, and as far as I can see, has the appropriate nostrop oil, E cells, and ore, all well stocked.

ah nvm guys, just realised it needs considerably more nostrop oil.
