M7 and Marines

If I put them out the air lock will they attack a enemy ship?
I have a real good memory but it's real short

Not if it's a standard M7. The only ways of getting Marines to board a ship are using a TP/M6/M7M. TP and M6 are spacewalk boarding (a bit harder than podding) whilst the M7M just launches them in boarding pods.
