If you plan to use scripts you might want to try Mobile Ship Repairs.

Well I'm too illiterate to proceed with this. I managed to get the files uncompressed. I can not get it to install. Maybe it is not supposed to be "installed"?Khaakbuster wrote:If you plan to use scripts you might want to try Mobile Ship Repairs.
At any rate I click on the files and explorer opens up (I usually use firefox) and then I get a nogo message.
How do I incorporate these files into my game? thanks.
You're really need to ask the denizens of the Scripts and Modding Forum such things, eh?Cykonaut wrote:Well I'm too illiterate to proceed with this. I managed to get the files uncompressed. The SPK version is installed with some mod manager thing. I think its created by Cycrow. I haven't used it in ages.
The .rar archive contains a bunch of script and t files that need to be copied into the matching folders in your X3TC installation. It also contains a pair of .cat/dat files. Rename them to the number after the highest pair in your X3TC installation (I think the current highest is 13, so rename them to 14.cat and 14.dat) and then drop them into the main folder.

Correct. Everyone, please take S&M discussions to the S&M forum to avoid having this thread locked.Shootist wrote:You're really need to ask the denizens of the Scripts and Modding Forum such things, eh?Cykonaut wrote:Well I'm too illiterate to proceed with this. Have a great idea for the current or a future game? You can post it in the [L3+] Ideas forum.
X4 is a journey, not a destination. Have fun on your travels.

How in the heck did you pull that off??? Did you order the Nova to stop before it was completely docked, or something?Spaceweed Adict wrote:Yep very useful little tool.

He flew it into the bay manually and simply ejected.
