Without modification, Reunion doesn't have used ships for sale.

Oh yeah, you also need higher race ranks to buy bigger and better ships, as well as some of the more expensive shields/weapons.

Rank plays some role in what ship is offered in missions like Return Ship. Lower rank means an M3 or lower. High rank has the possibility of an M6, M7, or M7M. I presume the highest rank would give the highest probability for this. I don't know that for sure, of course.

Yes "rank 2" gets you anything. Reaching "maximum adoration" gains nothing practical in X3R.

It just looks nice to have 100% all across the board, and really annoys to dip from that status due to collateral damage.
