If I recall correctly, the vanilla TLS doesn't have any docking points.

Its an M6. The only M6 with docking capability is the Hyperion Vanguard.

You may be thinking back to X2 when M6 vessels could dock a single M5 but they couldn't dock a M3 or M4 even then.

As already stated, the True Light Seeker does not have any docking points.. Although if you have the M3's in a wing, you can set their homebase to be the TLS.. This makes the M3's protect, and follow their homebase.

If this is what you want to happen, open the command console (Default: C) of any M3 that you have placed in the wing, and scroll down till you see the homebase option. (its near Missile Fire Probability)

Need an Unfocussed Jumpdrive (Goner Plot Finished Reward), and M7M with Boarding Pods, and 10 REALLY good marines.

And a GREAT deal of Patience is also required to get that ship, pologoalie8908.

Essentially, finish Goner Plot, and then use the unfocused Jump Drive to leap in and out of the randomly generated sectors until one of them randomly generates the Aran. Then board it. It's un-armed and un-shielded, and non-hostile. It'll also not show up on the Gravidar, or ships computer until you capture it. Then you can dock with it and jump out.

And remember anything in the randomly generated sectors is destroyed on exit.
