Need some help with Goner Plot (modded game)

I'm posting this up to ask for help, and or advice. I recently started playing my old save game again, however the only saves that i could find were not my most up to date. I remember finishing the Aldrin missions and building Terran Stations, which means i had also finished the Goner Plot. However the save is from a time before the Goner plot was started. I've also finished off the Hub / HQ and Final Fury. Terran was the first one i had done.

The problem i have currently is that i am on the section of the goner plot after you rescue the truelight seeker from pirate attack by the Pirate Syndicate. I am on the next part, the saving facilities and ships. These missions are either not ending or are failing. The defend stations missions are not completing, no ships are attacking the station as i have an M2 and M7 sitting near the gate attacking them as they come through, with me as backstop for any that get past those. i get a few M3 and M4's and then between 10 and 20 M6's once all ships are destroyed i can sit there in system for hours and nothing shows up and the mission doesnt update. I have tried sending triplex equipped M5's to scout the sector where the ships spawn in case one was lurking but couldnt find any.

With regards to the escort/protect ship missions, no enemies are showing up, i can meet the ship in bright profit, then fly at 60m/s all the way back to elysium of light with it without seeing a single pirate syndicate ship. sometimes when we reach Wastelands or nathan voyage the mission helper points back to bright profit or grand exchange etc. if i fly back there theres nothing there and i am normally greeted by mission failed shortly after i enter the system. If we fly all the way to elysium of light i get mission failed.

I have tried using Reset Plots and starting the goner plot again, but i have hit the same problem.

what i would really like would be a version of All plots complete specifically for the goner plot, but there doesnt appear to be anything like that.

So I will list below the scripts and mods that i am using, and if anyone can see a potential culprit for this behevaiour i would be appreciative of themsaying, obviously due to the number of scripts and mods/fake patches i am using, its not a simple case of going theres one mod, that must be the problem ask in that thread, hence me making this thread. As Far as i can see having spent the last day or two going over threads there shouldnt be any conflict between these and vanilla plots. so as i asked at the start, help and suggestions please, and my apologies for a wall of text.

You will need to add in the Tru Light Seeker if this is still required as the plot reward...

Added in sub-cue with check for if the player already has a TLS.

Thankyou for that Roger, now to show my ignorance of the MD, how do i use that code to create an MD file that will mark the plot complete? Is it just a case of copying the code, starting the MD pasting the code and saving it? or is there more to it? Sorry while i have used a lot of scripts over the years, i've never been able to get my head around writing them.

Download it and save it the director sub-directory (create it if necessary) of your installed game directory.

Please note that this will automatically complete the Goner plot for all-games (new ones included).

Thankyou So Much for that Roger, I can finally stop beating my head against the desk, and get back to actually playing the game again, and hopefully shortly see the 'new' plots. I need to redo Aldrin, but thats not an issue, and then its new content time :D
