New issue here.
I've destroyed everything... nothing is respawning. Didn't even hit any friendlies...

And the mission hasn't "completed". Am I missing something?

There'll be a Xenon ship that's gone haring off into the wild blue yonder chasing down some unfortunate NPC--finding it could be difficult, since you can only "see" stuff that's inside your ship's scanner range! Mk 1 Eyeball is your best bet--look around to see if there are any distant moving objects.

I tried for about 40 min, then when back to an earlier save. This time, the mission completed successfully.

Goner Insurance! ;)
