TC, Assassination mission and fight rank.

Seems like the target for these does not actually give fight rank when destroyed, has this always been the case?

Something to take note on my next low fight rank game.

I've always gotten fight rank from those missions... even been promoted a few times afterwards. How highly ranked are you? Maybe you're high enough ranked that the percentage jumps aren't overly noticeable.
