[X3TC]Dream farm in Teladi space profitable?

Been flying around Teladi space and I saw that there is only one dream farm for that entire section of teladi space. So I was wondering if anyone tried this before and was succesful.

A Dream Farm L in Greater Profit was my first factory, it was always out of stock and making me money, now ive turned it into a small Spaceweed complex (2x Dream Farm L, 2x Bliss Place L) and that is making me even more money.
