So I see the recon drones and think this is gong to be cool while the HuB now buys silicon...but just relized either I don't know how to activate them or they just take up space for giggle sake?

They dont work. So yeah, they just take up space. Atraeus HQ will take a few off your hands, but I dont know of anywhere else that will buy them.
