Where is the Repair Laser & Hornet Fact.?

Yep I saw it and now I can't remember where it was!!!

ALSO, I need some Hornets.....yeah, i hate em I know, but I gotta use a few, fed up of capturing Xenon and Pirates, so where can I buy them too?

Simple questions, hopefully a simple answers :)

First question: The repair laser cannot be found in the game as of 1.2, although it's hoped that it will make a debut appearance soon.

Second question: Paranid space.
