aldrin system

I have completed the terran mission but can only get into aldrin how do you get into the other aldrin and terran systems is it a completly new mission or am I missing something :?

You'll be able to visit the other Aldrin sectors during the Aldrin Expansion Plot.

You will have to complete some other plots before you can expand Aldrin ,though. iirc
