pre existing super box and steam no albion prelude?

i have owned a copy of the super box for some time now. i followed the processes to register it here on the forums and now that i am trying to figure out how to get Albion prelude to install. because steam did not give it to me for free. i looked at my registration on the forums and i discovered that it thinks that i have registered X3 TC not the super box. i don't know where to go from here. to get it to work.

i don't think it has anything to do with the forum registration i am just supplying as much info on the issue as possible.

EDIT: Raw info
-I Have owned the Super Box for some time
-Steams licensing sees me as owning the Super Box
-The Forums has me registered as "X3: Terran conflict" With the code of the Super Box
-I have installed all content regarding the Super Box. Including the bonus content, X-BTF, X-Tended X2: The Threat X3 Reunion, and X3: Terran Conflict
-I have posted the issue on Egosofts Forums
-No info has been posted on steam because each time i try i get a server maintenance message.

Don't worry, your forum registration is for the Superbox. Steam will give you your free copy. Just give it time to catch up.

I did purchase the Superbox on Steam a while back however it says I have only X3: Terran Conflict registered. Do I have to do something else or am I good?

Right so still not started and I have all the games installed (as Superbox) on steam. AP still coming up only as DLC which can be added to cart instead of downloaded.

This is using a key given directly to me from Egosoft due to issues related to an incorrect language physical superbox being shipped.

Yep. My Steam acct is doing the same thing. I have X-Superbox Bonus in the Tools section on the Steam Library but the game registered here is X3TC.

Ah well. Still time yet.

Same problem here, and I have verified that my Superbox key is one of the three X3TC keys I have registered on here.

Same here. Albion is only available as a DLC. I bought the superbox a couple of months ago and registered it here but according to my forum profile I'm a happy owner of 2 copies of X3:TC. Strange isn't it.

Those of you who are under the impression that your registration codes here are showing up as X3TC are probably confused by the fact that the Superbox doesn't currently have a different "tickydisk" symbol to X3TC. I can reassure you, though, that from our end, and therefore from Steam's, they are correctly showing up as Superbox registrations.

Ok that's cool, but that doesn't answer the question of why Steam hasn't connected the dots concerning the Superbox registration and the DLC availability for some of us unfortunately
