X3:AP - No love between Argon and Paranid!

Hi,

Very early game for me, I'm fly around and often hear battles, missles flying etc. etc. I look around for the Terran ships...nope. Pirate? Nope. Xenon maybe? Nope. The Argons are kicking the poo out of their Paranid allies!

Now in TC there was some tension between Argon and Paranid, as there was between Boron and Split, however I thought the Terran Menace put an end to such petty squabbles.

Maybe it's just one of those random "incidents" that occured every now and again in TC, though it's a little more...violent now...

Anyone else noticed this?

The violence is most likely down to the new fleet response scripts that will jump fleets around to defend territories. I am guessing this doesn't just affect the main war going on, but also any little/silly fights between waring allies.

I have definitely been taking advantage of the continued hatred of the ARgon and Paranid races.. the Paranid know no mercy from me.. muhahahaha!

Yeah, I guessed it was likely RRF (AP edition ) getting violent. Still, it's quite funny when you get moments like this:

"Hello Argon Allies, you're Paranid friends are here to save the day. Now eat PPC Argon scum!"

Good loot opportunity, but sorta daft lol.
