LAA patch for X3AP???

I have same problem I used to have back in TC about microfreezes at battles and so, I used LAA patch in X3:TC and that worked like a charm, but now I have same problems in AP, is there a similar patch I can use?

The LAA flag is already set in the X3AP exe.
