Question about time and Poisoned Paranid

I have started this 20 times now and by the time I get to Queens Harbor area and collect the two free ships, the mission clock says 2 days left, but when I look at my flight time on the pilot page it only shows 3.5 hours flown.

My question is which clock do I watch for this mission? My pilot page or the mission briefing?

Also, how are some players able to finish this start in just 5 hours? I am still a newbie but this seems crazy.

Mission briefing. Using seta accelerates your subjective time, but that doesn't mean that you're going faster to the places... just it "feels" faster, thus you spend more time on travel than what you think.

My understanding of SETA was that game time also increased as well. I see that when I use SETA the clock on pilot page advances faster.

I still don't see how some are able to complete this in 5 hours.

Ignore that advice, use SETA as usual.


You are given 3 days, IIRC. This will instantly become 2 days. It's rounded to day. 2 days in your case means 2 days and 20.5 hours.
