[AP] Enhanced Kea without Tormented Teladi start?

Is it possible to get one other than with the TT start? Hyperion Vanguards are flying around and can be "acquired" (and supertuned via the crates floating around), but I have not seen an enhanced Kea anywhere.

the final reward for working for NMMC is an enhanced kea. it just wont be supertuned like the one from TT.

Except that supercorp missions are not available in AP. :(

There may be some floating around the universe as NPC traders.

You'll have to sift through each Kea you see and check its stats, though.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step in figuring out how to make it worse.
