Post by pissmaker » Mon, 26. Dec 11, 03:39

Merry Christmas!
I have some questions about ap.
In order to play ap i must have tc installed too?
If no what's the size of ap with and without tc installed?
What drm ap has?
Please leave your feast for a sec to answer me before the steam sale is over :D

Just saying it forward: I give everyone 2 posts to make good, in context posts(proper english, as always, is optional). After that I'm ignoring what you have to say in that thread that's directed to what we previously were talking about.

Yes. AP isn't standalone.

Well, a full TC+AP install on this machine is 7828 MB as reported by Steam, 8.45 GB as reported by right-clicking my install folder, plus 30MB in user folder for one newish save. With enough user-added content you could easily be looking at 20GB for an install, and my older savegame backups are about 1.5GB in total, some 250MB for the largest.

So, ballpark, 10GB for vanilla, 20GB for modded.

Steam's, and that's it, to my knowledge.

Have fun.
If you are used to TC,you will find some useful improvements.
Like TC and previous X-games,you can play free-form and ignore the main plot (and Taxi missions until a few bugs are sorted) until the next update if you wish.
I am just building my trade empire to start.
New sectors look nice. :)
