Derelict Corvette X3 AP (Spoiler)

So I found a khaak corvette in the unknown sector west of the xenon sector above getsu fune. Its just floating there with 20% hull and no shield. When i shoot it, it attacks me. When i try to repair it, it attacks me.

Does anyone know if it can be claimed.
I havent tried boarding it yet.
