How do I repair my ATF rep?

Now that I'm done with the Albion Prelude storyline I've been trying to find a way to find Terran NPCs who have missions I can do. Thankfully I found a "neutral" Terran station in Althes to help me get my Terran rep up to normal. However my ATF rep is still bad, I'm a Tech Fugitive. Anyone able to help me get on track?

Althes and Segaris should be atf. if u can dock at their orbital defense station. the easyest way is to upgrade cargo speed etc at them with ships. least thats how i got my atf up

Hasn't gone up at all when I purchased the upgrade for one of my ships. It's still at 18% :/

it's measured by EACH transaction, iirc
so, iupgrade cargo etc, 1 buy at a time...
takes ages but have very high faction now, as I upgrade ALL my ships at segaris ;)
