[REQ] - Gain Combat Rank from AI Ships

I'd do it myself but can't figure out where to look. I want to change it so when your computer-controlled ships kill an enemy, you gain combat fame. To balance it, maybe 10% of the normal gain would seem appropriate. Anyone who can make such a thing would rock.

Edit : And any applicable noteriety changes negative or positive, again at a lesser extent.

The notoriety element is already in effect. If one of your AI-controlled fighters kills a Boron ship in Split space, you lose rep with the Boron and gain it with the Split.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step in figuring out how to make it worse.

no such thing.

there is wercho's rank dial. that's the only script that can modify the combat rank.
Split say NEED MORE FIREPOWER!!
