New stations faction ranking

I was doing a "station placement" mission where they wanted me to put it in Bala Gi's Joy. No problem, brought in my TL, dropped the station. Station went red. Huh?

Now I know it's a pirate sector, and that probably makes it a "pirate station", but still, when you are hired to set up a station, shouldn't it be friendly to you? I mean, you just finished building the darn thing! Are they upset that I didn't use their contractors, or is this a mob shakedown?

Not sure if same applies if in extreme favour from Pirates ?

Just find a hacking mission.

Also check ship's F/F setting .

They're friendly if you're friendly or neutral with the pirates.
