[AP] PSP nerfed?

Hi has the PSP been nerfed for AP? because its stats in game are 10X below what they used to be, now the PPC has almost twice as much Shield damage per hit and about 2/3 the damage per hit to the hull, combine that with its staggering DPS and has this made PSP's completely useless?

Thought the whole point was PSP massive power but slow fire rate as compared to the PPC

[AP] stats are reading 9.5k and 25.5k for hull and shield damage respectively...

[AP] stats are reading 9.5k and 25.5k for hull and shield damage respectively...

It is not nerfed the damage in that table is damage per hit, damage value shown in game is damage per second
