hi all,guys can someone tell me why i cant use my tractor beam on my ore mine L,i am using a magnetar,any info would be great,also the mine is 90 yield

Not enough Laser Energy, Try an M6 or a Caiman Miner.
Do you miss dangerous pirates?
Try leading the target a little more...
