Complex hub Still bugg to face north in TC ?

Just wanted to know before i commit to setting any up to find the go mental at me like in X3:reunion are the Complex hub's Still bugged to face north in TC ?

before final placement,zoom in on it and use the Reset key / numeric keypad to change its direction.
