Heavy Hydra docked at Split Shipyard cannot undock blows up - Workaround available

Hi!
Recently I have docked to Split Shipyard on Heavy Hydra ship.
When I try to Undock my ship collides with the station and blows up!
I can provide a savefile if you need, or you can try yourself.
Sure I can ask one of my ships to pick me up from this station, but I thinks this bug should be fixed.

See [AP INFO] Undocking oversized M6. Let the ship undock using one of the Navigation commands and it won't crash with the station.
