X3AP - Purchasing PHQ Blueprints.

So I noticed that you can buy ship blueprints from stations showing the lightbulb misison indicator, anyone know if all ships bps are available to be bought this way?

No not all are sold, its been a while but afaik you get basically what exists in Shipyards plus the occasional special variant.

Dont expect unique ship blueprints.

Pirates will sell you Pirate blueprints, so it's not, strictly speaking, only what you can buy in shipyards.
