I'm farming missions in the Terran sectors, and I've come across a problem. The missions asking for a Terran M4 does not accept the above ship?
It's a M4, bought at Saturn shipyard. My only option is to buy one at Megnir shipyard, because if I buy at Moon or Mars they get destroyed in Asteroid Belt.
Also, the earlier missions asking for a M5 or Rapier seem to be almost non-existent.

But I can't install engine tunings on it in less than 20 minutes or so. That's how long it takes to get to ODS Althes. So my only option is to get a bunch, install tunings and have them on standby for future deliveries.

I managed to get a TM to one for delivery mission to Jupiter, transferred a JD to it and had it jump to Saturn and upgrade there, (offloading the JD to another ship whilst docked) before completing the mission.
