[AP] Starting hub & HQ missions

I've read that you start the hub & HQ missions at the Atreus and NMMC HQs. However I've got a high rank with both Boron and Teladi and yet see no mission options at either Corp. HQ. Have I been misinformed? How do you start these plotlines? Thanks!

There are at least 3 topics on this page for these plots

Don't be Terran
Finish main plot
Boron Rank 5
Teladi Rank 5
Find both their HQs
Build a station
...All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die....

Ahh, I'd found most of the topics but clearly missed the one covering "finish the main plot"! I've not done that. Thanks! :)
