X3:AP Can't enslave passengers [SOLVED]

I got a few pilots from fighting, I went to a rehabilitation factory in mi tons refuge.

According to search results and what I have done in previous versions of the game the steps are:

Step one: Dock a ship at a pirate station (not a pirate anarchy port).
Step two: Open the freight bay and select the passenger.
Step three: Hit ENTER and select ENSLAVE.

Thing is, I don't get any window or anything when I try to hit enter or select one of those passengers with the mouse..

Has the enslaving been disabled for AP? Am I doing something wrong?

It has to be something exactly called a Pirate Base and not just any Pirate-owned station. Also it must not be a Plot character.

I'm not 100% sure that there are no changes to this in X3AP compared with X3TC though.

Yeap, I read somethere rehabilitation factories also worked, but you are right, the pirate base did the trick..

why can't someone just breathe life back into PassengerSlaves-V1 by cycrow
that was made for reunion i think.


chances are no-one will ever figure out how to change passengers into
slaves doing it in the above manner unless they go searching for this post..
