Where to Buy PBG? [X3TC]

The plasma burst generator forges that I have read of here have vanished, no doubt consumed by the gods.I haven't put that many hours into my game of Terran Conflict so they must be angry gods.
Do these stations re-spawn in the places where they should be, and does it take long for them to do so? They were gone within a few hours of starting out, and have been missing for much longer.
I suppose I should have run to pirate alley as soon as I had enough cash.

Off the top of my head there's one in Loomankstrat's, Maelstrom, and UK12-5. I think there used to be one in Danna's as well, but for me that has since disappeared.

Chances are Race Military ships got them. Watch for TL's moving towards those locations from Teladi sectors. If you're good, you can steal the ships with the factories intact.

Otherwise just wait and they'll get rebuilt.
