X3AP[Bug or Feature] Complex attacked in Asteroid Belt

So, here is my problem: I made a big complex in Asteroid Belt that cost me over 50mill, which helped me raise my rank with the terrans to a good state (Terran Guardian of Earth), still, the terran ships attack my complex when I'm not in the sector, the second I walk into the sector they stop attacking my complex. Why does this happen? Is there a way to avoid this?

i don't know if you're in AP or if Asteroid belt is a war sector but if both cases are correct then prolly your Argon rep is higher then your terran rep, the one you have less rep with will attack your assets OOS in war sectors.

there is no way to avoid those attacks

It's on X3AP. If I put that same complex on any other terran sector, will I be attack again or it doesn't matter anymore, since it's not a war zone?

you only get attacked in the warzone in other places they wont touch you

Guess I will let that one go and just build another one off war sectors.
