Split from Audio problem

I also have audio problem, and I saw this topic on first page so I just ask here.

So some time ago I disabled ffdshow like in this topic: http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=217747
Since then music (noticable especially with combat soundtrack) is like muffled. Everything was fine before I did it. I tried putting back old settings but I still have the same problems. Also I tried reinstalling ffdshow, drivers and whole K-Lite pack, but still same problem. Tried playing with system sound settings, also with ffdshow settings, but still - no satisfaction.
This muffled sound really discomforts me while playing :/

@ wojop95: It is always best to start your own thread and supply the info asked for in the first Announcement. Similar symptoms often have quite different sources on different systems and set-ups. We don't even know for sure which X game you are playing.
