X3AP - What does this number mean in my factory window

When I open the "Adjust Station Parameters" window, the top section is the "Product Selling Price Setting"

What does that number in brackets indicate? It doesn't appear on my complex, only in stand-alone stations

the no. in the brakets is the cost of production
i.e. the price at which you have to sell at to break even or above to make a profit
