X3AP - Stock Exchange won't unlock

I've unlocked a few so far, made a lot of profit from the Company Indices. The local exchanges are great for choosing factory placements.

I've unlocked
- Senator's Badlands
- Family Nyj
- Family Pride
- Cardinal's Domain
- Kingdom End

However some just won't unlock for me. Couple examples

- Queen's Retribution
--- Need trading rank Trader, I currently have "Master Industrialist" rank

Paranid Prime
--- Need reputation Friend of Priest, I currently have Friend of Emporer


I've personally docked on these Stock Exchanges with a Trading System Extension on my ship, but I still cannot get them to allow me access into the local exchanges.

Sometimes it helps if you undock and re-dock a few times. I have no idea why it fails to unlock properly sometimes.

For Paranid, the info screen is actually wrong -- you need "Friend of Priest King", not just "Friend of Priest".
