Hub Mission

Should I be able to align a set of Gates after delivering Micro chips/Silicon?
Also I cant store anymore Ore in Hub and am well short of required amount.

Haven't passed it yet but if i got it correctly you need 10000 E-cells for every realignment, as for Ore i think you should wait for a while before it is absorbed.

Your question is kind of confusing, what phase of the quest are you currently at?

The hub wont start taking in ore until the previous deliveries are all complete, and you wont be able to align the second gate until the ore delivery is complete.

are you playing TC?

I have the same issue.
the researcher requests Teladianium and Ore, quite a bit in fact.
the hub only stores 5000 Ore and doesn't use it yet.
I guess he wants the Teladianium first.
every time I drop some Teladianium the hub counter will reset to 0.
the amount in the mission log is altered at the same time.

but seriously, the requested amounts are a bit much....
or I'm doing it wrong of course

"a bit much"? Yes just a bit compared to what is demanded later.... ;)

I suggest building facotires to supply the hub. It's MUCH faster and easier that way. Plus gives you some experience with managing complexes and automating trading/logistics. And subsequent sources of income.
