[SHIP REQUEST] Why hasn't anybody made these?

I see so many variations on several Star Wars ships...

...but there are several classic "must have" models that I don't see anyone having made. My wish list for this particular franchise is:

The Dreadnaught

That would be awesome! These are pretty iconic classics... with so many talented modders / coders, I wonder why no one has made them.

I've seen the Carrack light cruiser and the gr-75 transport before, though the transport was known by another name. Several of them can be found on the Jorken shipyard site, but you will need to do all the mod merging work yourself to get them into your game and compatible with any other mods you might have running.

Hmm... I've searched this site, and a general google search, and thing comes up for "Jorken ship yard". Added "x3" and a few other things to try and find it.... nada. The only thing that comes up is this very forum post.

Ahh yes... I've seen this mod... which from the list do you have in the mod? I took a look and the only one I see is the Dreadnaught, although I really like how you included the ACTION IV and that was another one I wanted that I forgot to include.

The only thing is that there are several things about that mod that for my play-style I personally would rather not incorporate, but I think the fact that you've made it is AWESOME!!! Also, there were a lot of ships there that I would rather not have, which is why I've been begging for .xsp versions of the ones I would like. I REALLY REALLY NEED to have the Dreadnaught and Action IV, but I haven't seen the .xsp files available anywhere. Barklight says he's also seen the Carrack and GR-75 in the past and I think I remember a long time ago seeing them too.

If anyone has any idea where to get these individual ship files we know exist ( the Carrack, GR-75, Dreadnaught, and Action IV ) please let me know, I would really appreciate it!

i have the gr-75 its under a different name (gallofree something i think). if anyone knows who has a carrack model please tell me. if you want it in xsp format there is a program to make them. i give you permission to use the models i have for personal uses but since i do not own them myself i cant give that permission. i personally have no intention of making xsp files out of it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're referring to the Gonzati which the version you have is the old Republic ship and not the one I referenced in the list from EPSIV on. I think I have seen that version a long time ago though.

the gr-75 is the gallofree transport. i only listed it by gallofree.

Hmm... ok, interesting. It's not in the list of ships that I can see. Maybe mentioned in a post on a different page of the thread.
