Stock Exchange - Using this to plan my complex

Im looking at the Terran Stock Exchange to plan my new complex and a question poped in my mind.

Does it cover all the sectors owned by Terrans or its only from what "can reach Mars"?

What I mean is, imagine a station of carbo cake in Oort Cloud. Its on Terran territory but is far from Mars, what make its possible to its products be sold in sectors around Oort Cloud without reach Mars.

So, its products would or wouldnt be listed on the Stock Exchange?

From the local stock exchange menu, you can look up a list showing exactly what sectors are covered. I can't remember the exact menu tree to get there, though.
