AP 2.5 Terran Stock Exchange

New 2.5 Terran Start:

Teladi Stock Exchange liscense acquired, but cannot access Terran Stock Exchange.

In Mars sector: Targeted Stock Exchange, and landed, but not access. Do have access to Teladi Exchange. Expect I've overlooked something, but not certain what. A clue would be awesome.

Each race has different requirements.

You need a station built in Terran space to unlock that stock exchange.
I live in my Vidar.

Laser hit efficiency: 97% @190,499 shots
Missile hit efficiency: 97% @4,204 missiles fired

Does the game tell you what are the requirements?

I tried argon stock and could not, nothing lists any requirement...

argon are like the terrans you need a station built in argon space, and to telll what need to be done it Target the station and click the info button

check the station info ("u"), and there'll be a section below the written station description detailing the requirements.

Even after you've got the requirements done, sometimes you need to un-dock and redock a few times before it properly registers.
