Mossie Missile defence Question

In my commands list, What is the difference between "Mosquito missile defence" and "Mosquito missile defence (C)" ? is there ment to be 2 of them, what is the (C) mean?

The normal one causes the ship to fire mosquito missile against incoming enemy missiles.

The C stands for convoy. Ships given the MDMC command will also defend ships it is escorting/being escorted by, by firing mosquito missiles at enemy missiles heading toward them.

ok, so if i had, lets say, a m5 disco filled with mossies and set on the (C) command and set on escort my M6, it will fire mossies at any missile aimed at my ship? also, does it defend itself on that command too?

Yes. It will defend any ship (including itself, as it is part of the convoy) that is in the cinvoy.

another quicky... would having my mossie filled disco set on follow me be enough for it to fire at hostile missiles aimed at me or does it need to be set on protect me?

Yes, that will be enough. The 'Protect Me' command is completely separate from MDM(C). The 'Protect Me' command will make your Disco attack other ships with it's weapons if you are under attack.

Just did the convoy mission in the Argon AP plot, i got alittle cocky near the end and went to try and get some patrol mission money by getting the killing blow on the Terran M1 ship... left me on 37% hull in one hit lol so i ran away and let the argon finish the job, although they lost 3 M7's in the process xD
