In the "day late" category I just received this email with no links
attached so you could actually read the changes:

I got a Steam coupon for 50% off of "Off World Trading Company" since I owned Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. (I had the whole SoaSe pack.)
So, check your account to see if you have any coupons. There may be other's they're giving out!
Not sure if I will buy it or not. Maybe.
PS - Just saw this: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4663 ... d_Edition/
Planescape Torment - Remastered is 80% off. The original is one the best games, let along RPGs, let alone Fantasy RPG, ever... EVER!
It's worth the $3.99 (USD). Twice over. Three times over. TEN TIMES OVER!
So... uh... heads-up?

Burger1;
Thanks 4 the heads up about GOG. Had the notifications turned off.
If you remember the first one as fondly as I do then, all these long years of waiting laster, Double Fine is putting out Psychonauts 2.

Cross your fingers and hope for a Grim Fandango 2 sometime before 2025.

PSYCHOnaughts was more of an "artistic vision" and a trip through a 3D cartoon world like no other game before it. Many tried and failed to worldbuild in a knockoff genre but never came close. It's about the most unique game both in look and storyline there was and still holds up very well to this day.
It's GOG's sale 89% off @ $1.49.
Here's a cutscene movie to show you what I mean:

Can't say about PC but Google's flash screen today is a super easter egg. Balance that garden gnome and given time it shoots into a cool mini game where you shoot garden gnomes out of a catapult for distance! My best is 620 (feet? meters? doesn't say).

@ Morkonan:
Finally got 910 with skinny red lady, tried to get the game back up after 11pm and they'd cut the link. Darn it. 10 to 1 it will show up in the Google Play Store with in game purchases and the ubiquitous ads. Fun while it lasted though. .
Loaded up my physics programs a minute ago and plan on finding some classic plaster gnomes to gauge mass and flight dynamics.
Catapult designs I have from the old pumpkin toss fad. Watch out neighbors!

For future reference, you can still access all old Doodles, here: https://www.google.com/doodlesHank001 wrote:@ Morkonan:

Enjoy hurling gnomes!
When flash games were a big thing, I used to enjoy playing a game with a trebuchet and castles, where you'd knock down the walls of different castles and advance across the map. The "Angry Birds" game concept was all over the place in flash games before it became a hit on mobile.
